Automatic reverse rotation of rotor while the current of shredder is overload. The PP scrap after shredding will come to next compactor for deep cuting,heating,compacting. The blades with high speed moving could creat heat,it is for shrink the PP fabric for easy feeding into extruder.It is allowed to add CaCO3 additive if necessary with a compactor dosing feeder. Main extruder with high torque, now loise gearbox with automatic cooling system.A degassing system will a perfact device for getting the impurities out. The whole PP non woven fabric recycling machine is high automatic,labor saving and stable efficient running.
