Our Side Feeder Two Stages Spaghetti Cutting Plastic Recycling Pelletizing Machine is used for recycling of waste plastic like PP PE squeezed dry film or HDPE bottle,PP pipe,ABS PS flakes,EPS EPE XPS plastic foam cold press flakes,hot melting flakes recycling machine,etc.The waste plastic after crush can be fed directly.You can choose die face cutting or spaghetti strand noodle cutting freely.
Extruder is vented vacuum degassing type for removing of volatile gases from waste material.Equipped with automatic filter screen and die face cutting system for best granules making performance.Our RHDJ series solid plastic recycling pelletizing machine is suitable for processing crushed, hard regrind flakes such as plastic milk bottles, tubes, containers, and lumps into granules. Materials are mainly for HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, PA, ABS, and others rigid flakes. At the same time, it could also processing light-weight soft plastic packaging materials such as washed squeezed film flakes, PP woven bag, agriculture film, and many others shape of plastics by add a force feeder. Automatically feeding speed controlled to maximum ensure the stability the running performance and die head pressure. Finally pellets cut by advanced water ring cutting system will be uniform and circle.
