- In 3rd August 2023,customer who is producing PP non-woven in Hungary has sent an email to Retech. They would like to request some technical information and quotation for regranulator machine to process their PP material. Their question is, is our pelletizing line had a degassing system? Their request is to produce a thin, lenticular granulate.‘
- In first time,our sales engineer contacted customer and ask for more information about the PP material and capacity request of machinery.
- We had a better understanding after get reply,customer produce non-woven from 15 to 130 gsm, with 15 to 3200 mm wide, with different colours and UV additive.
- In the following emails, they also raised some more question about machine like What is the temperature of the process water?What is the temperature of the process water?What is the temperature of the process water?
- In early of October 2023, Mr.Gabor and his workmate visited Retech and we talk deep about the core request on machiine,actually they had an old recycling line from Germany some years ago, but the problem is the old machine could not cut the beautiful granules as they want because the PP fabric has a very high MFI in about 37 index,so they had to find a new one.
- The technical checked our die face cutting device carefully,they know it well and immediately start to paper-works.
- Finally,the two parties signed the contract and Retech sent engineers to Hungary to test the line afterwords.
- After the installation and running the PP non woven fabric recycling line, customer feel very happy with it.
