Through detailed explanations and recommendations from the sales team, the customer repeatedly confirmed the details and finally signed a new cooperation agreement with Retech. The customer ordered one set of RHDJ150-30 HDPE hard material granulating line.‘
- The story begins with the enthusiastic introduction by the retech team. During the 8-day exhibition, the client visited our booth for 3 of those days.
- Starting from the confirmation of the materials, the confirmation of production capacity, to the material of the screw, the type of the laser filter, all the details were thoroughly explained by our sales staff. On the last day of the exhibition, the customer signed the contract with Retech and agreed to make the payment two weeks after the exhibition.
- After the exhibition, the guests returned to the company and immediately requested us to produce a three-dimensional diagram to facilitate the display of the placement and size of the granulator equipment in the guest's factory. We responded positively and completed the confirmation of the drawings on the same day.
- Since the guests plan to reuse the mesh of laser filter, they would like to order an additional set of the electric vacuum cleaning oven,we improved the contract.
- The current order has been confirmed. The Rishuo team will promptly arrange the production plan and the equipment will be delivered in 60 days.
