- The project start with a wet crusher for stable cutting the waste post consumer LDPE film, top water spraying for cooling the blades with fast rotation force.
- Customer had a very big concern about some contamination on film, they asked how to remove the dirt like oil,sand,soil from film,that's what our high speed friction washer can do.
- A long floating wash tank is after the friction washer, it is working with 8 meters with top rollers for pushing and washing,at the end of tank, we equipped a chain conveyor for reducing water outlet and improving the capacity,at the bottom of tank,there is a screw conveyor to take the impurities out from tank timely.
- One more wash tank is for deep wash the film to get the best washing performance.
- The drying unit we adopt the centrifugal dewatering machine with fast moving speed 1440RPM,special design mesh screen for film max drying.
- Two times hot air pipeline drying systems will make sure the ending film moisture below 5% which is good for pelletizing directly.
