- In mid-October 2023,a customer from Bulgaria contacted our sales department via email. The customer's initial plan was to purchase a washing and granulation production line for recycling LDPE films and PP woven bag.‘
- After confirming the specific details of the customer's raw material,we immediately sent the technical solution and quotation.
- In early January 2024,while our sales team was attending a trade show in Europe,the customer approached us on their own initiative ,discussed the progress of the project of LDPE film washing pelletizing line,and sent us their factory layout diagram,requesting that our design drawings be properly displayed at a 1:1 scale.
- In early March, the original plan was required to be improved. The customer increased the production capacity demand.,raising the output requirement from 500kg/hr to approximately 800kg/hr. Additionally,in the plastic film drying process, the original film centrifuge dehydrator was replaced with a film squeezer.
- Since the LDPE film recycling and washing line needed to address the issue of water recycling,we provided the customer with the most optimal wastewater treatment solution while adhering to the principles of cost savings and environmental protection.This solution was highly agreed by the customer.
- In mid-July,after continuous optimization of details and communication,all the details had been finalized.At this point,the client raised the issue that two other suppliers had also participated in this project and stated that their prices were lower than ours.The RETECH team responded actively.They re-examined the entire production line and the details,explained our equipment process,the materials used,electrical components,etc,and demonstrated the difference of the equipment.
- Finally,the two parties signed the contract in August and soon received the client's deposit.
- After the equipment was manufactured and delivered to the customer's factory,our company dispatched two experienced technicians to the customer's site to guide the installation and production process.The customer was extremely satisfied with the operation results.
