Overview
Our Plastic film bag scrap recycling pelletizing machine is used for recycling of industrial waste PP/PE roll film,bag,scrap,bubble film,garbage bag,breathable film,washed dry film,etc.The waste plastic film can be fed directly without crushing.This 3 in 1 plastic recycling machine design do not require any support of crusher or agglomerator for pre-processing.It is easy to operate,high performance plastic recycling machine.
Reprocessing of PE polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) and PP polypropylene flexible packaging material, printed or non-printed. This type of cutter integrated granulating system remove the need of pre-cutting the plastic in first, it requires less space and energy consumption while producing high quality plastic pellets at a productive rate.Extruder is vented vacuum degassing type for removing of volatile gases from waste material. Equipped with automatic filter screen and die face cutting system for best granules making performance.The pelletizing system is also able to process rigid like washed flakes, scraps and regrind. This granulation line is highly recommended for packaging film producers of shopping bags, garbage bags, agricultural films, food packaging, shrink and stretch films, as well as producers in the woven industry of PP woven bags, jumbo bags, tapes and fabrics. Other types of material such as PE and PS foam, fish net, EVA, PP mixed with PU are also applicable recycling on this machine.
