2:Hydraulic Cutting Unit
Cylinder: Single or dual-cylinder configuration; pressure range of 40–120 tons (dual-cylinder models recommended for large rolls of thick film).
High-Speed Steel (HSS) Flat Blade: Quenched for wear resistance; ensures clean, burr-free cuts and prevents plastic adhesion.

Cleaning Process
- * Place the entire roll of plastic film flat onto the material platform at the base of the machine.
- * Activate the hydraulic system; the hydraulic cylinder drives the heavy-duty guillotine blade to descend vertically.
- * Use hydraulic pressure to cut through the entire roll of thick film or rubber block in a single stroke.
- * The blade assembly automatically retracts, the cut material is removed, and the cycle repeats.
