About Retech
Project Delivery & Service
What happens between the first conversation and a line running in production — and what continues afterwards.
Delivery Process
Eight Steps From Enquiry to Production
Durations depend on line size, site readiness and project phasing, and are agreed per project.
Material & Requirements Review
Material type and form, contamination level, required capacity, target output and site conditions are reviewed before anything is proposed.
Process Route & Configuration
A process route is proposed first, then the equipment list that delivers it. Optional modules are separated from required ones.
Layout & Utility Planning
Layout, foundation and utility requirements are prepared against your site dimensions, water supply, power and drainage.
Manufacturing
Equipment is fabricated and assembled. Schedule depends on the agreed scope.
Factory Test
Function and running tests before shipment, with a material trial where your material is available.
Shipment & Documentation
Packing, shipping coordination and the agreed document package.
Installation & Commissioning
Installation guidance and supervision, alignment, commissioning and first production runs.
Operator Training & After-sales
Training so your team can run and maintain the line, plus spare parts and ongoing technical support.
Typical lead times, installation durations and service response times are not ' 'published here because they are project-specific. ' '
