Manufacturing
Seven Stages From Design to Documentation
Each stage produces something the next stage depends on, which is why the sequence is fixed.
Design & Engineering
Process route and equipment configuration are fixed against the actual material, contamination level and target output — not against a standard machine list.
Fabrication
Frames, tanks, chutes and screw assemblies are fabricated and assembled in-house. Wetted parts use stainless steel where the process requires it.
Component Selection
Drive, electrical and bearing components are selected from named international brands so that spares remain obtainable over the life of the line.
Assembly & Alignment
Machines are assembled, aligned and wired before testing. Alignment and clearances are checked at this stage.
Electrical & Control Check
Control panels, interlocks, safety circuits and instrumentation are verified against the electrical drawings.
Factory Test
The line or machine is run before shipment. Where customer material is available, a material trial is carried out. Test scope is defined in the project agreement.
Inspection & Documentation
Layout and foundation drawings, utility requirements, operation and maintenance manuals, electrical diagrams and inspection records are prepared for handover.

Quality Control
What Is Checked, and When
Incoming Components
Named-brand drive, electrical and bearing components are used so that replacements remain obtainable.
Fabrication Quality
Wetted parts and wear surfaces are specified by the material being processed — abrasive or corrosive streams change the material selection.
Assembly & Alignment
Alignment, clearances and torque are checked during assembly rather than corrected on site.
Electrical & Safety
Control panels, interlocks and safety circuits are verified against the drawings before the test run.
Factory Test
Function and running tests are carried out before shipment; material trials where customer material is available.
Documentation
Drawings, utility requirements, manuals and inspection records are prepared for handover.
Test scope, documentation package and warranty terms are agreed per project. ' '
