A new RHDJ150-32 HDPE PP scrap flake pelletizing line has successfully completed factory inspection and is now ready for shipment to Argentina. This project once again demonstrates our company’s capability in providing reliable, high-efficiency plastic recycling granulation solutions for international customers.
This customer first connected with us during the K 2022 - K Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber exhibition in Germany. After in-depth technical discussions and equipment parameter comparisons, the customer was highly impressed by our professional engineering explanations and the innovative features of our recycling granulation system. The mutual understanding built during the exhibition led to a swift agreement, and both parties quickly finalized the contract and production details.
Due to the long distance between Argentina and China, the customer opted for a remote video inspection of the equipment instead of an on-site visit.
To ensure a smooth and transparent inspection process, our business team carefully coordinated the inspection schedule according to the time difference. The production department began preparation early in the morning by pre-heating the system and activating the water circulation and cooling system, ensuring that the granulation line would be in optimal operating condition before the live demonstration.
The test officially began at 10:00 a.m. Beijing time, which was 11:00 p.m. in Argentina. Despite the late hour for the customer, the entire process proceeded smoothly and professionally.
During the one-hour live operation, the customer paid special attention to several key aspects of the RHDJ150 system:
The cooling performance of the industrial chiller during continuous operation
The actual production capacity of the HDPE flake granulator
The working principle and filtration precision of the automatic laser filter system
Our sales manager and technical team provided detailed explanations of the production line workflow, operation logic, and maintenance considerations while the equipment was running steadily.
The stable performance under real operating conditions, combined with clear technical explanations, gave the customer strong confidence in the system’s reliability and engineering quality.
At the end of the inspection, the customer expressed high satisfaction and confirmed their expectations for future cooperation.
This granulation line is specifically designed for efficient processing of HDPE and PP bottle flakes with high output, stable performance, and advanced filtration:
Linkage design with current-based speed control
Ensures uniform feeding and prevents material blockage or overload
Improves overall system stability and production efficiency
Deep and fine filtration for contaminated HDPE/PP flakes
Fully automatic operation reduces downtime and manual intervention
Ensures high-purity pellets and consistent output quality
Suitable for both PP and PE materials
Produces uniform pellet size
Enhances downstream processing performance
This project is a typical example of how professional exhibition communication, technical transparency, and reliable equipment performance lead to strong international partnerships. From the first meeting at the K Show to the final remote inspection, the entire process reflected efficiency, trust, and engineering expertise.
We look forward to supporting more global recycling enterprises with advanced HDPE and PP flake pelletizing solutions and building long-term cooperation with partners worldwide.
