The RCSJ180-200 large-scale PE film granulation machine has successfully passed startup acceptance testing and is now ready for shipment to the customer’s recycling factory in Poland.
This project is designed for processing high-volume soft plastic waste, including post-consumer agricultural LDPE water-washed films, post-industrial LLDPE stretch films, HDPE cargo bags, and PP woven bags.
After on-site testing, the entire production line demonstrated stable feeding, smooth extrusion, efficient degassing, and excellent filtration performance, fully meeting the customer’s capacity and quality requirements.

During the acceptance test, the line ran continuously and stably, producing uniform, clean pellets. The customer highly recognized the machine’s performance in handling washed agricultural films and mixed soft plastic materials.
The equipment will now be shipped to Poland and put into formal production.
