In the process of plastic extrusion production, there may be various impurities and incomplete plasticized fine crystal particles in the raw material. Even if it is a new material, there will be impurities in the transportation and production process, if it is not filtered, it will cause the decline of product quality, the increase of defective products, and even damage the extrusion equipment leading to production interruption.

Classifications:

 

  1. Self-cleaning filter:

Self-cleaning melt filter, the use of high-precision filter plate made of alloy steel to replace the traditional filter screen, with scraper and slag screw automatic slag discharge, greatly reduce the recovery of granulation site working conditions, more excellent performance, more stable and reliable, suitable for all kinds of post-consumer plastic extrusion of large output filtration process.

 

  1. Single board double station hydraulic net changer

The net changer is composed of the net changer body, slide board, hydraulic cylinder and other basic components.

There are 2 filter channels on the sliding plate of the net changer, and the filter perforated plate (filter mesh plate) is installed inside. The 2 perforated plates can alternately enter the working position and change the net position under the action of the hydraulic system.

The standard product is electric heating without cooling water channels. According to customer requirements, the cooling water channel can be processed on the screen changer body or the oil temperature heating method can be selected.

 

  1. Large area column type hydraulic net changer

This series of large area column screen changer is designed for double column or four column filter drum structure, the filter area is large, equivalent to two or four long-acting filters working at the same time.

 

It can realize non-stop net change, and has a suction exhaust system, which can fully exclude the gas in the material and ensure the quality of the product.

 

  1. Melt pump:

Melt pumps are mainly used for conveying, pressurizing and metering high temperature and high viscosity polymer melts.

Its main function is to pressurize and stabilize the high temperature melt from the extruder, and keep the melt flow rate accurately and stably into the extruder head.

 

When the mesh changer and melt pump are connected in series in the production line, the material is output from the extruder barrel, first purified by the mesh changer, and then further plasticized by the melt pump, and then pressurized and quantitatively transported to the mold to finalize the production. Through the perfect combination of mesh changer and melt pump, product quality and output can be greatly improved.
