The two most critical components of the netless die head are the filter plate and the scraper.

Working principle:

The filter screen is made of super wear-resistant alloy steel, and there are a large number of conical microholes on the filter screen (to prevent blockage) to play a filtering role, and the filter screen plays a key role in allowing molten plastics to pass through and blocking impurities.

In addition, the grid-free die head is equipped with a simultaneous operation of the impurity removal scraper. When working, the melt plastic passes through the microhole, the impurities and dirt remain on the side of the filter screen board, and the impurities are removed by the impurity removal scraper at a speed of 2 to 3 turns per minute. During this process, the impurities are pushed by the rotating scraper to the impurity storage chamber. Automatic elimination by manual or hydraulic mechanism, so repeated, to achieve 24 hours of uninterrupted automatic slag discharge, and no need to frequently replace the filter function. This is the working principle of the netless die head.
