Two stages plastic compactor cutter film pelletizing machine.‘
Feeding way by two sides,one by belt conveyor for film feeding, another by side ration feeder for rigid flakes optional.
Compactor cutter with new design,bottom with 2 systems for cooling,blowing cooling and water cooling,more stable temperature for compaction.
Vacuum degassing system in the middle of extruder,remove printing cells and moisture.
Die face cutting system in horizontal type,uniform the granules with same size in loop shape.
Drying unit adopt vibration screen and dewatering machine as optional.
The whole granulation line equipped with PLC touch screen to control,easy to operation and accurate for checking all parameters on same page.

The capacity range from 200kg/hr up to 1200kg/hr for LDPE film recycling granulating line.‘

What if this type of pelletizing recycle both plastic film and rigid material?

It is possible to recycle both film and flake on this recycling line, soft film feeding from the belt conveyor for agglomeration feeding, rigid flakes feed by side feeder,power saving with small motor.
How to remove humidity of washed film?

Firstly,we will put a top degassing system on top of compactor cutter because the fast moving speed on cutter compactor will make much humidity smoke and need to discharge quickly,second we will install a strong vaccum degassing system on extruder to remove humidity air.
How to choose the single stage and double stage recycling line?

It is depending on your raw materials, if they are clean and dry, a single stage is enough, if they are with some wet or with some dirt,it is better to use two stage design.
