- This project customer is from Hungary who is producing PP non-woven. They would like to request some technical information about our RCDJ130 re-granulator machine in Aug 2023. The top concern is, the machine must equipped with a degassing system. Also they request to produce a thin,lenticular granulate.
- In our first time, Retech sales team promptly responded to the customer's needs and raised some key questions, such as whether there were any reference images of non-woven fabric available? Can the production capacity requirements, etc. be clearly defined?
- Shortly afterwards, the client replied to us, stating that they produce non-woven materials ranging from 15 to 130 gsm, with widths ranging from 15 to 3200 mm, in various colors and with UV additives.
- During the subsequent communication, the client also raised some technical issues, such as mesh size of filter,numbers of layers,temperature of water circulation,PLC controlling system,etc.
- At the end of September, their technical representative arranged a factory visit, where they met with us face-to-face to confirm the details of the equipment and signed the purchase contract.
