- After water separation by the floating washer, PET bottle flakes will go to next by bottom screw conveyor, PP PE labels or caps will sent to another screw conveyor.

- Final flakes which contains some remaining labels like PVC, we will use a zigzag label remover to get rid of the labels in 100%,heavy flakes will fall by gravity,light labels will be collected by top air and bag.
