1. Wet film shredder crusher

As long plastic films are easily entangled and clogged, our wet film shredder crusher as a group to cut the large plastic films into small plastic flakes with a size between 60mm-80mm, controlled by mesh screen diameter. Unique design new angle of blades in the crusher to make max capacity.

2. Friction washer

Some dirty agricultural films contain about 25-30% or more sand. In order to reduce the pressure of the washing floating tank, we usually place a friction washer before it.

3. High-speed friction washer

High-speed centrifugal force can separate film and stickers, especially for LLDPE packaging film.

4. Film dryer/dehydrator/squeezer

Film squeezing machine or centrifuge dryer are both optional and easily operated with low consumption. The squeezing dryer works with the screw to squeeze the film into the compactor, and remove the moisture through the squeezing force pressure. The centrifuge dewatering machine is working by high-speed rotation force to remove the water.

Final moisture between 3%-5%. Dry and clean.
