Water ring pelletizing

The working principle of water ring pelletizing

The die head is equipped with a hole-shaped die, and the number and diameter of the holes are designed according to the pressure so that the material is discharged evenly and the pressure is stable.

The water ring pelletizing system is also equipped with automatic pneumatic pelletizing, and the pelletizing speed is adjusted according to the automatic induction pressure value so that the particles are uniform and full, and the size is uniform.

Pulled strips pelletizing

Strand pelletizing means that after the plastic is plasticized and formed, the strip is pulled out after the material is discharged from the die, and then pelletizing after water cooling and drying.

The working principle of the strip pelletizing:

After the plastic is heated and plasticized and the impurities are filtered, it is discharged through the die. The plastic strip is pulled into the water for cooling for the first time. After the water is cooled, it is dried by the fan, and finally cut into particles by a pelletizer.

The advantage of strip pelletizing is that it can be adapted to pelletizing of various plastics, without sticking or jamming, and it is an ideal choice for processing various miscellaneous materials and complex materials.

Underwater pelletizing

Underwater pelletizing technology is a "die face eager". Underwater pelletizer, when the uniform high-temperature molten material enters the die flow channel from the end of the upstream equipment, the material is cut into droplets by high temperature. The high-speed rotating pelletizer blade enters the treatment water when the material just leaves the die hole. The droplets solidify and form particles that are close to spheres. This granulation method of "hot cutting first and then water cooling" determines that it can be well adapted to the granulation of materials with poor melt strength, high viscosity, and high heat sensitivity.

It is mainly suitable for the recycling and granulation of PET and other materials.
