Plastic floating tank,PP PE film washing tank, plastic crushing material precipitation rinsing tank/flotation tank/flotation tank/specific gravity separation tank is the main equipment required for plastic cleaning recycling line, it also known as plastic precipitation rinsing tank, plastic specific gravity separation tank, which can precipitate and rinsing ordinary plastic film, remove sediment and other impurities inside.
Various plastics with different specific gravity can be automatically separated in the rinsing tank according to the different specific gravity of the plastic itself, such as: PE crushing material is mixed with ABS crushing material, which can be automatically separated in the rinsing pool by PE crushing material and ABS crushing material with different specific gravity in the water. Floating PE crushing material is removed by the casting wheel in the rinsing pool, sinking ABS crushing material is collected by the aggregate spiral at the bottom of the rinsing pool, and then removed from the bottom of the rinsing pool by the spiral elevator. The bottom of the screen is added to separate sediment and other impurities. Industrial salt can be added appropriately according to the different plastics to change the buoyancy of the water to achieve the purpose of special separation requirements.
