How is metal removed?
An overband iron remover and a metal detector can work together to take ferrous and non-ferrous metal out of the stream.
Is hot washing available?
Yes. A hot washing stage can be included to remove chemical oil, grease and other surface contamination more effectively.
How are labels separated from the flakes?
A dedicated zig-zag label separator removes the label and light fraction from the washed flakes.
Can the line handle oily or detergent containers?
Yes. Multi-stage washing with heated water and friction action is used to release oily and chemical residue.
Do I need shredding or crushing?
