Production & Processing Capacity
Built In-House in Zhangjiagang
Retech operates a purpose-built manufacturing facility in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu — a core industrial cluster for plastic machinery. Raw-material cutting, precision machining, welding, assembly, pre-commissioning tests and finished-goods storage are all handled under one roof.
CNC lathes, milling machines, plasma cutting equipment, large welding stations and full-performance test benches allow core components such as screws, barrels, rotors and machine frames to be made in-house, keeping quality and lead time under control. Standard auxiliary components come from certified domestic and international suppliers such as Siemens and WEG, and every complete recycling line runs a full-load inspection before shipment.
Production is organized by project for custom turnkey lines. Annual capacity is around 100 complete plastic recycling systems — washing lines, pelletizing plants and standalone auxiliary machines — with several projects built in parallel. The standard delivery cycle is 60–90 working days, depending on configuration, material and order backlog.
