In the year 2020, we got an inquiry asking about the knife sharpener. We recommend a typical model of RSKS-700 as per our experience at the beginning.
The customer was quickly contact us by WhatsApp and they think the size of RCKS-700 is too small for them, their blades were 1100mm in length. Also, they want a simple operation blade sharpener for saving operation.
After discussion with the engineer, we adjusted the design of the traditional way, a magnet blade holder design wins the customer. The working theory is to put and remove the blades with a strong magnet, and it is replaced with the old screw fixing. Time-saving, Labor saving.
In only 20 days, we shipped the blades sharpener and the customer operate the machine and send us a video of good working performance.
March 2022, the customer send us a new order for a 1500kg/hr HDPE PP washing line. They asked if any new technology to wash the HDPE PP but in the sink, it is very suitable for our 3 shaft wash tank, no matter if it is floating or sinks in water, it could wash and process plastic very efficiently.
All businesses are from small to big, only by providing good service and professional machines of good quality, the market will be bigger and bigger.
