HDPE Bottle Crushing System Test Run

Today, we successfully completed the acceptance of another new HDPE plastic bottle crushing system. This system is mainly designed for crushing and collecting waste plastic bottles, and it mainly consists of belt conveyor, crusher, air conveying system, and storage silo.

The customer is from Tunisia. They initially got in touch with our sales team at the K exhibition in Germany. After the exhibition contact, the customer immediately got in touch with us and sent us specific requirements. After many detailed discussions, they chose our crushing system.

The main new features of this system are:

1. The protection device controls the safe operation of the crusher through the travel switch. This means that during the operation of the equipment, the internal rotating shaft of the crusher runs at high speed. No matter how hard one tries, it is impossible to open the box of the crusher.
2. Dual safety is ensured through the time relay control. After the crusher stops running, we can set that the box cannot be opened within 5 minutes to ensure that the internal part is completely stationary before conducting maintenance and changing the cutter.

Regular features of our crushing machine:

1. It adopts a V-shaped knife design to achieve efficient plastic crushing to the maximum extent.
2. The main shafts are all subjected to dynamic balancing treatment and tempering treatment, making them durable.
3. Independent bearings are installed and do not come into contact with the box.
4. The cutting tools are all made of SKD-11 material, with a hardness of 58Hr, and have been proven over 20 years of use to be the most suitable material and hardness for plastic crushing.
5. According to the application range, the mesh size of the screen can be adjusted, usually ranging from 10 to 16mm.
